County Treasurers’ Association of Texas, Welcome to the 2024-2025 Year!
 
To my fellow members,
 
It’s an honor to serve as your president for 2024-2025, and I am grateful for this opportunity to lead us forward. First, thank you to Region 5 for hosting us in Denton for the September 2024 conference—your dedication and efforts made it an exceptional start to our year.
 
Our theme this year is “Unity in Strength.” The Bible reminds us that we are one body with many parts, each vital in its role. Though we may differ, together we are strong, and united we can overcome any challenge. As County Treasurers, we carry significant responsibilities, and by working as one, we honor our commitments to the public, our profession, and each other.
 
In this spirit, I encourage us to lead with a servant’s heart, focusing on our shared mission and supporting one another. Together, we amplify our voices and stand stronger, advocating for our profession and promoting growth. Let’s remember that just as a branch thrives when connected to the tree, our association flourishes through unity.
 
This year, let’s embrace opportunities for collaboration, strengthening bonds within and beyond our association. As we journey together, let us be inspired by Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” With unity, faith, and a servant’s heart, we will achieve great things.
